Harry Judd has joined forces with London based drumming experience BeatOrbit, 'raising awareness of the physical and mental benefits of drumming', ahead of World Mental Health Day, October 10.

The McFly star, an advocate for men's mental health following his own experiences with anxiety and depression, commented 'The best thing about it is that you don’t need to have any kind of musical experience to join in either; BeatOrbit allows even the most basic of amateurs to have a go at releasing stress on the drums and have fun whilst doing it'.
